Human Papillomavirus (HPV) is a group of 150+ viruses transmitted through intimate skin-to-skin contact, most often spread through sexual intercourse. HPV is so common that nearly all men and women become infected over the course of their lifetime, usually resolved without treatment; however in some cases, can cause warts or cancer.
